Housing Application

Let us help you with the application process for low income housing programs, ensuring all requirements are met for a smooth submission.

Required Documents:

1) Proof of Income (3 and 1/2 month). 

Paystubs, SSI, SDI, UI, Housing Voucher, Court Mandated Judgements or any other legal document showing income coming in.

2) Bank Statements ( 6 month).

From any recognized Bank as well as any online banking account you may own such as Paypal, Apple Cash, CahApp, Venmo or others.

3) Taxes (2023 or 2022).

If no taxes were filed, please go to the IRS site and request your Non-Filing Report

4) Money Orders (1 for $59 per each adult and 1 for $100 to hold your apartment)
